Very easy process from start to finish.
The entire refinance experience went very smoothly. Karl did an excellent job!
The only thing that did not go as scheduled was closing as the docs were not ready. I was supposed to close at 9am but didn’t until 8pm.
Arnold was fantastic, very professional and answered all my questions during this whole process.
We had some downs w the loan process but w a few phone calls the problems were corrected promptly.
