I was advised that I wouldn't pay anything out at closing and that was untrue. Closing and signing was a joke. Overall, I was not very pleased with the simple refinance that I went through.

Karl did fine. The process was typical of a closing. As far as process goes, this particular one is stuck in the 70's. We invest in online technology to sign and accept documents just to turn around and print it all out and sign some more....

The lack of communication and transparency was a huge factor for my rating.
Always had an immediate response to any questions or concerns. Including weekends and evenings.
Chris was ALWAYS available to answer questions or concerns we had. He would return calls promptly and was always kind and considerate. I have recommended him to family for refi needs.
