Upon contacting Planet about a possible refinance of my property, I spoke to Karl Hartmann and he informed me of all of my choices, answered all questions, and gave me advice on how to proceed.
The initial conversations I felt like I was dealing with a pushy used car salesman. Also, there was a little lack of transparency on the refi fees. Outside from that I received great service.
