Took a long time to get my Refinance and had to jump through hoops to get it done
Michelle was the only reason why I followed through with the refinance after the lag in communication and processing.

Not At This Time
Arnold was very helpful and experienced, made the whole process very smooth. No problems what so ever.
Had to reschedule closing due to paperwork being late to attorney. Rescheduling fell on me and had to go through process again. Tied up two days instead of one. Fortunately not a huge deal at this time with restrictions.
The process was simple and we received good communication regarding where we were in the process and what to expect next.
