More communication. I was treated like a nuisance for inquiring after my client’s loan status, was never updated on where the loan was in process, and my clients were forced to close 2 days late and lost a lot of time and money.
He always called me back even if I didn't leave a message, he was always pleasant and gave me the information I needed. He seemed like a very pleasant man.
