Communication of the progress of the refinance wasn't as good as we would have appreciated. We weren't informed as to why it was taking longer than was explained to us. The refinance process, however, was very good.

Professional, thorough and high integrity.
Better response and attention to detail. I had to send the same documents over again due to an input error. The entire process took nearly 4 months when I was originally told 6 to 8 weeks.
