I'm not sure if it is anyones fault but for a refinance I feel that the process was longer than needed and my closing had to be pushed 3 times. Everything worked out in the end but was a little painful on both sides I believe.
It was an easy decision to make and a strifht forward and easy experience overall.

I think there is some disconnect between inside teams. I was getting calls, messages, and letters from the loan department regarding late payments in my old loan when I had already a new one in the system and details about the refinance.

Lack of communication! Lack of knowledge. The day of my closing he called telling me more money would be needed or my interest rate would increase, and cancelled my closing before speaking with me. More money wasnt needed and my closing shouldn't...
