Knowledgeable and professional communication/service. Timely responses to questions. Every step was explained and it was clear what I needed to do to get things done quick.
The whold process was quick and easy. Brian took care of everything, explained everything really well, and was very quick to respond to any questions we had.
I tried contacting Chris several times and never got any communication back. It was a very fast process, but I had questions that never got answered until the closing. A simple email or call back would have been very helpful for me.
