Christopher is very unprofessional, lacks customer service, does not communicate with clients to update them on whats happening on the account, is confrontational, and rude.

Things went well. The process was easy.
When it was time to do the closing signing we had not been informed of a dollar amount until the notary showed up at the house. So we had to postpone for a week but they got it resolved and taken care of immediately.
