We appreciate them calling us to tell us about the lower rates. We also appreciate the speed of the actual closing and Joshua Hughes, Loan Signing Agent, coming to our house instead of us having to go to a title or closing company.

it took a lot to get a hold of Rudy and PHL. once Lorie got involved it went incredibly smoothly. if it wasn't for the Rate we got and Lorie the ratings would have been much lower.
