Fast easy process everything laid out with quick closing

Too long of a process and lack of communication. During process I had to keep calling for updates and reach out to title company in order to move process along. No way should customer be involved this much in order to get done.
Rudy Hobbs Ill has been very attentive to the whole process. He never missed a beat with communication. When there was a hiccup in the loan closing he was right on it and found us another loan officer to close on the date that was agreed upon....
