No one was responsive to my calls/voicemails. Email response was poor, sometimes unresponsive or slow.
All my questions were answered properly and when I needed to change my closing date twice I short notice their was no problems
Although it took a while to complete the entire process thats because of the covid situation, generally what he told us to expect is very satisfying for us, so it was great!
