Loan officer was available for questions, easily delivered our documents. Notary signer was excellent.

Clear, timely and courteous explanations about any questions I posed, no matter how many times I may have re-asked them.
Service, rates and final #s exactly as were explained to me when reviewing the re-fi.
No bad surprises.
Christopher was prompt and professional, he answered all my questions and helped complete the process.
If he had been communicated with us during this refi experience. Unfortunately, we should have received a better rate, than the 2.75. Now we have to wait 270 days, before we are allowed to take advantage of lower rates.
Overall was great. But my only wish would be updates by a representative by a phone call instead of email updates. Would have made me feel more like a valued customer.
