Arnold wasn't great on communication. Deann Parker was great and kept me up on the status of the refinance. I have refinanced with Planet Home lending previously twice, using Todd Henley, he was amazing.

Brian really explained everything clearly to me which made me more comfortable moving forward. My monthly mortgage payment didn’t change a lot, but in the long run will decrease my overall costs.
It was difficult to reach by email or phone, would have to leave numerous voice message before getting call back. Requests for new price sheet went unanswered. Jennifer Stackhouse on the other hand was very responsive and supportive.
