I generally have no complaints about our experience with Planet Home Lending. The refinance did take a little bit longer than expected, but that could be attributed to the current circumstances w/COVID-19.
Christopher was very knowledgeable of the refinancing process and promptly returned all phone calls and emails. He made this normally somewhat tedious process a lot quicker and easier :)

Brian and Cassandra were great! They really helped us out during our refinance process, stayed in touch through email and answered any questions we had. If we ever refinance again, we hope to have those 2 with us again!!

Please be advised that once the Loan Officer is done with you, you may or may not get the guidance that you need to aid in loan processing and facilitation from them. I sincerely hope they enjoy the commission for the lack of commitment displayed....

Brian didn’t return any phone calls I left a lot of messages we were in the dark?? I finally reached someone at the mortgage company to answer my questions. Very poor service
Very friendly, polite and helpful.
He would not return phone calls at all. I got no updates on the loan. He signed us up and after that he disappeared. I had to call multiple times and talk to other people to get answers. It made for a very frustrating refinance.
