There were some complications on closing on time, which was no fault to Arnold. The loan processor is another story. Seemed like she didn't have her stuff organized.

Francis kept me informed and updated throughout the entire process. Also, he responded quickly to any questions and concerns I had.
Don’t make me enter a comment just to continue. Makes me want to change all my answers to low and 1. BAD questionnaire and stupid survey!
