Good experience
Responsive and made me feel that my account was a priority for him. Very patient in answering all questions throughout the process and keeping me abreast of developments. He made a potentially rocky close a piece of cake.
Everything was very easy super professional
Brian was professional and helpful, unfortunately Planet lending was very slow to get to closing, and required multiple prompts to get to a closing date. These were issues not within Brian’s control.
The experience was great. I was kept informed on the status of the loan for the entire process.
