Very quick and always there to answer phone
Everyone I worked with was professional and patient in answering all my questions.
Most everything was done for you making the whole process easier.
I was told i would be able to skip Oct. payment, and planned accordingly, but process was slower than expected and i had to pay Oct. Updates from client assistants were vague and not of much help.
better communication
The refinance process took nearly twice as long as I was initially told. I understand of course that due to Covid things are taking longer, but I simply would have appreciated better communication about this.
Communication could be much better, the pass off to the next agent fell into a black hole
Mr. Mungiole was very helpful and thorough with answering all my questions and followed through at all times of day. Great customer service!
