Length of time and and updates from company had to be initiated by me and they weren’t very pleased to hear from me. But finally completed September to December

Francis Snyder is top notch. Keeps the process simple and always finds solutions to problems.
My only complaint is I was supposed to receive a two month break on my mortgage payment but I wasn’t told to turn off auto pay so my old mortgage payment came out anyways and now I only get to skip January not December and January.
Easy process for our VA loan re-fi
Brian was helpful and answered emails quickly. It was out of his control but the process took a long time.
