This might not have been Brian's fault. But the refinance took months longer than expected. There was not alot of communication explaining that.

Following through!
Reassuring communication when we reached out regarding the status of our refinance. We knew it would be a long process but wanted to follow up occasionally to ensure things were going smoothly and Karl was very patient and helpful with us.

Our application was October, (3 mos) and we were told that our first payment will be Jan 2021,it didn't happen. I had to make several calls to the mortgage company (Planet HL) to remind them.
Arnold did a great job and was very responsive. However, I was a bit disappointed about the processing time for the loan. This was a quick refi (no appraisal, no credit check; little paperwork) from my own lender and it took nearly 4 months....
