The most impressive department was the folks that handled transfer one to the other.They assist in stopping auto pay. Thank you guys.
Communication was very slow, took days for simple responses to email. Took 8 months to finish a simple refinance. Crystal Merril was the absolute worst at communicating, literally couldn’t get ahold of Crystal for up to two weeks at times.

I would've given 5 stars to the first but.......the issue with paying my homeowners insurance irritated me,,,also the rescheduling of the closing at the last minute.
