I honestly don't like communicating through email very often. Sam was great, but the follow up was just terrible. I did not like the next step agent that I was working with.
Great experience
When it was critically important to get a hold of the loan officers that assisted in the refinance process the notary and I had to hunt them down. We couldn't get our phone calls returned to save our lives. They do respond faster via email...
