The communication during the overall process was horrible!!
Good communication with my loan details and minimal paperwork to finalize the new loan.
Everything from the knowledge of the process to the honesty and speed in which things were handled.
He was very nice but also professional. He always responded when we emailed him or called him. He also explained how things was gone be done and there were no surprises.
Chris was great and got back to my questions right away when I emailed him and explained everything easy for me to understand.
