Great service
Francis Snyder was quick, easy to with with and made everything smooth.
The communication was poor and overall the whole process was not handled well. It's a shame because Arnold is a nice enough guy, but the refinance took 2 1/2 months and was very disorganized.
It helped allay my fears to have Mr. Snyder ( and Ms. Joyce) available via phone call or text pretty much any time I needed.
JUST HAD ALOT OF BACK AND FORTH AND HAD TO SEND SAME INFORMATION MULTIPLE TIMES
