Several times I responded to his emails and communications asking specific questions and I never received a response from him on those questions. Other than that, it was a fairly simple process.
Gave us great info and made the process easy.
I sent a couple emails to to two different people asking some questions and never got an answer back. They weren’t dire questions but it still would have been nice to get them answered

Easy to work with
Running our credit twice and getting pay stubs twice was not ok. Having to take vacation time to sign papers was not ok either. The process took forever and we almost said forget it. Buying our house was much easier than refinancing it!
It would of been better if it didn't take so oing to get through the process. Also having to run our credit twice and getting pay stubs twice was annoying. It was more of a process to refinance the house than when we bought it 9 years ago.
