Rudy is exceptional. A consumate professional in his field. Keeps customers well informed and anwers all questions promptly and accurately. Highly customer focused.
Not in regards to Chris, but the process in general- kept asking for more information. Usually info they already had or didn't really need. Took months. I don't think any of this was Chris' fault but the underwriter.
I refinanced my loan under the IRRL(?). Couldn't have been easier or smoother. No stress. Nice...
Rudy was available to answer any questions we had and he made sure to send our documents in a timely manner. The process was handled smoothly and quickly.
