Francis John Snyder was responsive and proactive in our communications.
It took 10 months to finish a refinance and there was very poor communication along the way. It always seemed my file got pushed to the back of the processor's to-do list.
I have been through the refinance process before and this was by far the easiest and fastest. The process was made very personal by the efforts of Karl and Asong Fomenky.
He was very attentive, was able to answer all my questions and always available.
