Shawn made the refinance very difficult to understand so I had to do a lot of my own digging. The refinance ended up adding more money on to the back of my loan which he said it wasn’t a big deal

I feel like once we signed the closing disclosure and scheduled the signing of the loan we were ignored. I had more questions as I had never refinanced a loan. So I feel our business wasn't as valued after the signing of the new loan.
communication was great, electronic signing was excellent considering, I'm currently deployed in Texas. also the notary came to my location to sign the final documents for closing, that was excellent and she explained everything to me clearly....

Everyone was pleasant and informative.
The need to sign same documents 3-5 times and multiple delays in the process made it feel like Planet Home Lending process is not as professional as previous mortgage lenders that I've worked with.
