Ease of the whole transaction, fine the initial phone call, to all the follow up from the staff. A few small hiccups along the way and very prompt solutions.

Honest and made things simple for us.
It took almost 4 months for this process. Then I tell you to direct deposit my money and u send a check to make it even longer. I would never refer anyone to planet home lending my next step is to get my mortgage to another bank
More communication before signing documents. I know it takes 30 to 45 days to get everything done, but I only had 2 or 3 contact communications in between that time.
