Easy email communication and answered any questions very quickly.
Very unresponsive, had to call and email multiple times to hear back from him. Was getting all wrong numbers every time I asked about my final numbers. It took probably more than 3 months to close.
The people
The process was very easy. Francis was great at making sure we knew what was going on and answering all the questions I had. I would definitely work with Francis again for any future needs.
