The whole process was simple and quick. We are very pleased.
Customer service and Christopher being knowledgeable on the loan details.
Really everything was fine. It just took too long, I first requested the refi in early September closed this week.
It was a quick and easy process. Answered all my questions.
Well we went through three different Loan officers the first one was not all that great the second was ok, but had trouble walking us to the finish, the third was excellent. The major factor that was a detriment was time to completion. Overall...
