Excellent communication, all options were discussed and the whole process moved at a good pace.
I didn’t get the run around about figures or rates. What I was told, was reflected in the paperwork provided to me.
Explain so that I could understand
Too many mistakes. Was told no appraisal and appraisal was cancelled only to be told I did need appraisal. Put me back 2 weeks. Then title company had documents signed at my house only to be told right before closing that I had to sign documents...
