Easy process
for
No fussing around, just lets get this done. Took a little longer than I thought it would. Had to wait on some docs needed.
Chris was extremely knowledgeable and very quick to respond to my questions. Chris also went out of his way to ensure things were done not only fast but correct and with my best interest in mind.
From the outset Karl Hartman was a pleasure to work with. He was easily reachable, quick to respond to questions while being both professional and personable. His help was very much appreciated.
Process took way longer than necessary and many mistakes on Planet Home Lendings part. Arnold and Nicole were great but I will never go through this again with Planet Home Lending. Awful, long, drawn out, horrible experience.
GREAT communication throughout...someone was always updating me where my loan was in the process.
