Closing Team was very poor; processor personnel was extremely poor at communication & follow-up
It was an easy process
The open lines of communication, if I needed something or had questions they were answered on the spot.
Everything was pretty easy or self explanatory and if it wasn't help was a call or email away.
Better communication needed, like answering a call, or giving a call and giving updates. We felt so lost and anxious because eventually we didn’t get any updates and could not get a hold of Karl, plus he never answered his phone, we would always...
