If i could give zero stars i would, i have called numerous times to get my tax bill figured out because they double charged me for school tax, and now its raised my escrow account $460 more a month and now my monthly bill is all messed up....

Everything was done on time and Karl informed us what we needed to prepare. Nicole got the loan from start to finish. Excellent job to both!
Planet Home lending so far is the best mortgage company that I had in a long time.
Christopher responded fast to my questions and was very helpful., but the overall process took a long time.The notary service that was utilized at closing was unorganized, and I have yet to receive a copy of my executed documents.
Was updated regularly on how the process was moving forward
The ease of communication and sharing of information made this process easy. Would definitely recommend Christopher and Kristy to all of my friends and family.
