Made the process very smooth
The process seemed slow with communication on what to expect by when when lacking. Particularly as we got closer to closing
Better communication from anyone that Planet Home Lending includes in a customer's transaction. If and when I refinance again, not sure I would Planet Lending if I had the same title company.
Overall, the process went smooth! Documents were requested—I sent them in as requested. The flow from start to finish was right on! The time it took from meeting Chris then Nick to get funded appeared to be ahead of schedule! Thanks!
