it was never clarified when/how the automatic payments on the original loan from E4U would stop and now I can't even access my Planet Home loan. Next steps after the closing could be helpful instead of just sending a survey out.
Brian made the whole process very easy and it was streamlined. I had multiple questions as far as the type of loan and he was very knowledgeable about the subject and also direct.
Everyone worked fast and efficiently which made for a smooth process.
