He helped us a lot when we were blindsided by closing costs.
We kept having to sign more and more copies of paper work for closing and everytime we did the numbers changed. Then when relayed about not paying out of pocket we would get it removed and then few days later we would get another closing statement...

May have been a miscommunication but the start of the process was clear but the closing was not as clear as what was expected of me to have on that day
