Quick response to all emails and questions.
Towards the end after Francis handed off there was no communication. I had to email them to get things moving again and because of this we closed 2 weeks later.
Thank you Karl for helping us through this process and being patient with us. He made sure to communicate and answer our questions, either by phone or email. We appreciate you!
