Communication and explaining the process instead of rushing through it and sending links that are confusing to figure out so you can get off the phone.
Better communication . more consistent and thorough . Needing to Follow through on things that were agreed on. I asked for a copy of escrow analysis 3x times and did not see a copy until closing.. unacceptable . I inquired about interest rates...
