For the most part everything was done online. It was quick and everyone was very nice.
No actual contact from Ted. Plenty from his assistant Tonya. Experience is kind of so-so (not good, not bad).
Ted returned my calls sand answered my questions quickly and made it easy to understand. His team work hard to get me what I wanted.
