Not only was Mark very friendly, he was supportive and communicative throughout the application process even with a few hiccups along the way. I believe getting our loan would have been much harder without him and his team.
Ashlee was absolutely AMAZING!!! Very easy to work with and talk to, she explained everything very specifically and even got on the phone with us as late as 9pm. Very very helpful and awesome!
Very simple to do online. The only thing I wish is that documents were more easily accessible for reference before closing.
