Bo was responsive and helped guide us through the whole process.
Allen was great to work with. Process was easy and not stressful. On less item to stress about in buying and moving. Will definitely reach back to refinance when interest rates drop.

Some points were very stressful, but not to any fault of jennifer and her team. It was definitely on the seller. Jennifer took time to explain things what the process was what to expect and what the next steps would be.
