Some points were very stressful, but not to any fault of jennifer and her team. It was definitely on the seller. Jennifer took time to explain things what the process was what to expect and what the next steps would be.

The app stated my underwriting was complete and I had moved on to then closing step. Yet that was far from true. I didn't appreciate my verifications being done at them last minute or the laundry list of items sent to me late on the Friday...
