There were some communication issues with the loan officer. IMO, she could have been more responsive to my questions/requests. She blamed it on her phone system being down, but either way, there should not be communication issues when important...

Justin was always quick to respond and made sure to answer all of my questions. He provided numerous different quotes whenever asked and made the process so easy.
The ease and excellence of communication was great and seamless. The credits applied and being able to buy down our rate was great. Overall had a great experience with the envoy mortgage team.
