Better communication at the end of process
The staff was very friendly and professional. They offered in-person appointments because I didn't feel comfortable doing business online. The refinance process was explained in simple terms and was handled quickly.
It was nice to be treated as an individual and not just another number, and great supporting staff. Thanks for all of your help.
