We did not receive great communication. Multiple times we had to reach out to Mary to see if there was anything else they needed, instead of them reaching out to us to request information.

The initial loan strategy I was offered and pre-approved for ended up not being feasible according to underwriting which caused a lot of headaches late in the process. I don't completely blame Chris or anyone else at Movement Mortgage for this...
