Reginald was very professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Never experienced any lapse of communication and was always focused on providing world class service.
I left messages with Christopher, that were never answered or he would text back he was in a meeting, or eating dinner and would contact me back shortly... that shortly never came. All paperwork should be ready at least 24 hr prior to closing....
