Scott was very informative and helped so much. He kept me up to date with all information. He made this process so easy.

The only issue I had was that I was never told there were closing costs rolled into the mortgage. As my original loan was also a VA loan, and I didn’t have to pay closing costs then, I assumed there would be none again. For any future VA refinance...
