Better communication, more initiative.. A process that should have taken a few weeks took 3 months. Documents that were sent several times, kept getting lost. Wasn’t a pleasant experience what so ever.

Kevin was our first choice when we went with a loan officer, he is very knowledgeable and made the entire process super easy and straightforward!
